Phase 1 is 3 BHK only, in two saleable sizes: 1,550 sq.ft and 1,950 sq.ft, per the RERA-registered plan under UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026. What is not published anywhere — by us or by anyone else — is which specific units remain in which tower. That changes as cheques come in, and it is the one thing you actually need before choosing.
These are the tower names carried on the project filing. We list them because buyers keep being shown different names from different eras of this project's marketing, and it is worth being able to check what you were shown against the register.

You will find content online that ranks the towers and tells you which units to buy and which to avoid. Be careful with it. Three things make a public ranking unreliable here: per-tower availability is not published and moves as allotment cheques come in; the sanctioned floor plates are not public documents; and "best" depends on your floor preference, your facing, and whether you are buying to live in or to hold. A ranking written last week can be stale before you read it.
What we will do instead is give you the live availability list from the desk — which towers and floors are genuinely open right now — and then walk your shortlist with you. That is a slower answer than a list, and it is the only one that survives contact with reality.

First-come, first-served while Phase 1 homes last. No last date has been announced. Your cheque date sets your position in the queue for tower and floor preference — earlier cheque, earlier pick. Co-applicants are standard: one cheque, both names, both PAN and ID. And the cheque goes only to the registered promoter entity named on the register, never to a channel partner, an agent, or an individual. That last rule protects you more than any assurance anyone can give you verbally.

Room-by-room unit plans are not published on this site. Layouts are shared directly by the sales desk against a specific configuration and tower once you are looking at real availability, because a plan without a live unit against it tells you very little.
